"So Andy will call you and be on top of communication when he is selling you a policy. Then will follow up to try and sell more. But once you’re secured with insurance forget ever having him return a call, text or email. 4 times i reached out and no response!! I then sold a car and dropped it from the policy but yet he still charged me a full months of insurance for the car I sold. After all that I dropped him. I said cancel all policy’s. Guess what! I check on it and they kept open a renters policy! Well I cancelled it so they won’t get another dime bc I also cancelled the card on file with State Farm! I’m so happy I found a WAY better agent and a much more affordable price!"
